1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of superpetrel.asia, the website of Super Petrel Asia (Director: Evgeny Savelyev), Bernam River Airstrip, 44020 Selangor, Malaysia. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information only — nothing here is a binding offer

We work to keep descriptions, specifications, photos and availability accurate, but they can change without notice. Prices are given on request ("By Demand") because they depend on the aircraft, its configuration, exchange rates, shipping and import costs. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell an aircraft or any service. A purchase, deposit or booking becomes binding only through a separate written agreement or invoice, and that agreement sets out the final terms, including any warranty.

Performance figures on this site are published manufacturer data for reference only. Every aircraft must be operated according to its own Pilot's Operating Handbook and the applicable aviation regulations.

3. The manufacturer and trademarks

Super Petrel aircraft are designed and built by Scoda Aeronáutica Ltda. in Ipeúna, Brazil. "Super Petrel" and "Scoda Aeronáutica" are trademarks of Scoda Aeronáutica Ltda. Rotax is a trademark of BRP-Rotax GmbH & Co KG; Garmin and Dynon are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to describe the aircraft and equipment we sell and support.

4. Demo flights and flight risk

Flying in a light aircraft, including a demo flight, carries risks that cannot be fully removed, however experienced the pilot and however well the aircraft is maintained. Every demo flight is subject to weather, aircraft availability, safety limits (for example weight and health) and the decisions of the pilot in command, which are final. Before any flight, you will receive a safety briefing and be asked to read and sign a written flight risk acknowledgment at the airfield. That signed document, not this website, governs your flight.

5. Training

Type-conversion training follows a written syllabus and is subject to the applicable aviation regulations and to instructor and aircraft availability. Completing training requires meeting the required standards. Licences and ratings are issued by the relevant aviation authority, not by us.

6. Content and photo credits

The text, design, photos and videos on this website belong to Super Petrel Asia or are used with permission. Aerial and airshow photography is © Reto Schneeberger; the XP render and factory images are © Scoda Aeronáutica; the engine image is © BRP-Rotax. Please don't copy or reuse this content without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

This website links to, or lets you open, services run by others — such as YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps and the Scoda Aeronáutica website. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or under a written agreement with us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
